- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and quality control standards.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) I and/or II certification preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in phlebotomy or a related field; two years preferred.
- Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; medical terminology preferred.
- Physical Activity: Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear.
- Physical Effort: Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
