Physical Therapist: Full-Time Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a licensed and registered therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans to patients in various settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
- Provide high-quality treatment to patients, utilizing modalities and modifying treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
- Complete all required documentation.
- A competitive hourly rate of $60.00 - $65.00.
