Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at At Home Therapies, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based treatments and modalities to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.
- Competitive hourly rate: $60.00 - $65.00.
