Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Soliant. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs in a school setting.

Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement behavior intervention plans and support students with behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies.
  • Implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or behavior specialist.
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
  • Supporting students in developing social skills, self-regulation, and independence.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from supervising professionals.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
