  • Train and onboard new sales team members to ensure a smooth transition and high productivity.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct the sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and implement them effectively to drive business results.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
