**Position Summary**

We are seeking an Intake Screening Specialist to play a crucial role in initiating contact with incoming clients seeking ABA therapy and diagnostic assessments. This position requires excellent time management, a results-driven attitude, and strong customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish initial connections with incoming clients and conduct initial screenings to validate critical information for the intake process.
  • Set up client profiles and verify insurance information to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Manage communication with new and existing families seeking assistance, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Coordinate workflow with team members and maintain accurate client files to ensure efficient service delivery.

**Requirements**

**Education:** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Sales and/or Healthcare

**Work Experience:** 2 to 3 years of inside sales or phone-based experience

**Technology Requirements:** Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite

**Essential Skills**

  • Proficiency in PC software, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and proven track record of error-free work

**Working Conditions**

  • Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Possible occasional shift in schedule to meet company objectives
  • Physical demands may include sitting, walking, standing, and analyzing data on screens
