Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls professionally.
- Welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage new applicant inquiries and documentation.
- Assist in collecting necessary items from caregivers.
- Oversee and complete special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Resolve issues and escalate matters to management when necessary.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates are preferred (Spanish is a plus).
