The Pharmacy Operations Leader plays a vital role in positively impacting our consumers and clinic partners by providing guidance on our pharmaceutical care services and benefits. This individual is accountable for the financial, clinical, and quality aspects of pharmacy services and will manage the daily operations of a pharmacy, including the dispensing of prescription medications and engaging in one-on-one consultations with consumers. Coaching, developing, and overseeing pharmacy staff is also a crucial aspect of this role. The leader will act as a talent steward, actively seeking top talent for pharmacy positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster an exceptional consumer and clinic partner experience while building strong relationships to proactively address their needs.Serve as a clinical expert, collaborating with the clinical team to achieve their clinical outcomes.Provide counseling and education to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, schedules, and personal inquiries.Ensure compliance with policies and standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.Conduct wellness services such as immunizations and preventive care.Drive financial performance and identify growth opportunities within the pharmacy.Inspire, develop, and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure they reach their full potential and deliver outstanding service.Create an engaging team culture that promotes compassion and embodies our core values.Actively promote recruitment efforts to attract top talent to our pharmacies.Review key performance indicators with pharmacy staff to identify trends and areas for improvement.Conduct workforce and business planning to achieve operational excellence.Build strong relationships with the community, stakeholders, and clinic partners to ensure all needs are met and promote pharmacy services.Develop marketing strategies and materials to highlight all pharmacy offerings.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.Current pharmacist's license in the state of Ohio.Current pharmacist's license in the state of Kentucky or willingness to obtain licensure.Certified immunizer or willingness to become certified within three months of hire.Willingness to complete LAI Training.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in pharmacy leadership.
