Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of high-volume restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Additional requirements include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, talk and hear, and use hands repetitively to handle kitchen equipment and other standard office equipment.
