Recruitment Coordinator

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.






This is an entry-level Recruitment Coordinator. This person will be responsible for working alongside the other Rep II (Coordinator) to do the following:

  1. Post jobs to Indeed and Zip
  2. Refresh and close jobs on Indeed and Zip
  3. Need someone with LinkedIn experience- they will be responsible for 4 regions including corporate sourcing and job posting within LinkedIn. (Analytical experience is a plus)
  4. Putting together hiring events, job fairs, and terminal grand opening kits
  5. Respond to inquiries within the Recruitment Marketing mailbox.
  6. Assist the Branding and content team with various projects.
  7. Work with Recruiters, District Operations Managers, and Regional VPs to fill various positions.
  8. Oracle CRM- sourcing, creating talent pools, sending out campaigns to various groups within the CRM.
  9. • Work within various programs and spreadsheets daily.
  10. Send out application links to the awaiting candidates on Zip and Indeed
  11. Respond to messages on LinkedIn.
  12. Work with a part-time group to conduct calls and send emails to daily leads (as needed)
  13. Work with other coordinators on various projects and tasks.
  14. Inventory of merchandise quarterly
  15. Someone who has experience in recruiting is a plus.
  16. Someone who has experience with utilizing Excel is a plus.
