Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team in Denver. As an Account Executive, you will work with existing and potential accounts to secure new business, increase sales, and manage current accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage up to 50 new and existing accounts, assigned to a specific territory.
  • Perform all account maintenance tasks, including renewals, quotes, invoicing, product demonstrations, check-ins, and basic onboarding for ROGII products.
  • Assist the Business Development Director, USA with existing accounts in matters such as renewals, quotes, and invoicing.
  • Ensure strategic plans and successful delivery of ROGII solutions at each account for retention and growth.
  • Track business development and sales thoroughly using centralized CRM workflows.
  • Deepen client relationships to identify leads and increase ROGII's footprint across multiple disciplines.
  • Consistently hit sales targets and minimize churn.
  • Engage with the territory's community and identify prospective customers to secure new business.
  • Gain proficient technical understanding of ROGII multidisciplinary products.
  • Communicate with Lead Generation, Support, Technical, and Marketing teams.
  • Up to 20% of domestic travel.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of Account Management and/or Sales experience.
  • Previous experience in upstream Oil and Gas.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Docs.
Additional Experience
  • Experience with StarSteer.
  • Knowledge of drilling operations.
  • Customer service experience.
