Job Overview

Salary:

OBJECTIVE:

The role is pivotal in overseeing the ongoing initiatives of our organization, collaborating closely with team members to guarantee that all project specifications, timelines, and schedules are adhered to.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitating communication among cross-functional team members to ensure alignment on project specifications, timelines, and schedules.
  • Conducting meetings with project team members to identify and address challenges.
  • Delivering project outputs and confirming compliance with quality benchmarks.
  • Compiling status reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of pertinent information.
  • Establishing and executing effective project communication strategies.
  • Submitting modification requests to keep all stakeholders informed about the implications on timelines and budgets.
  • Identifying and cultivating new opportunities with clients.
  • Securing client approval for project outputs.
  • Performing post-project assessments to identify both successful and unsuccessful elements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position involves a mix of fieldwork and office duties. Daily activities will include standing, sitting, driving, and walking. Minimal travel may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Experience in wireless communication development, site acquisition, and construction project management is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Pivot Tables.
  • Exemplary skills in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; capable of working independently while effectively interacting with colleagues, management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages; capable of summarizing and presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
