Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in user management within a Windows Active Directory framework.
  • Proficient in utilizing the Brainwave tool (mandatory requirement).
  • Skilled in assigning NTFS permissions for directories and files in a Windows setting.
  • Experience in managing Exchange environments, including the creation and maintenance of mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts, and public folders.
  • Ability to execute user administration tasks across various in-house and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Distributed File System (DFS) concepts.
  • Basic understanding of UNIX command-line operations.
  • Knowledge of SAS and SOX compliance standards relevant to Identity & Access Management roles, including the acquisition and documentation of necessary approvals.
  • Experience with workflow management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
  • Commitment to high standards of excellence, with robust organizational skills to manage priorities and workflow effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace shifting priorities.
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell is a plus.
