We are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team at The TemPositions Group of Companies. This is a long-term assignment for a document management project, requiring a high level of organization and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Excel to enter data into spreadsheets for storage and organization.
- Perform clerical duties, including filing and organizing images and medical documents.
- Responsible for leaving or purging items, or packing them in boxes, and updating records in Excel.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with retention schedules and analytical skills are essential.
- Experience in Corporate Governance is highly preferred, but not required.
- Previous record/filing or records management experience is mandatory.
- Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization and communication skills are a must.
- Trustworthy and possess integrity, as candidates will have access to confidential information.
