Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • Valid Ohio Nursing License.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
