Position: Barista/Server

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering warm and genuine customer service consistently.
  • Collaborating effectively with shift supervisors and Back-of-House team members.
  • Managing various shifts (opening, mid, and closing) with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Crafting and serving high-quality beverages, including lattes, frappes, teas, and other coffee house favorites.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality in food running and service.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and workspaces.
  • Utilizing the Toast Point of Sale system for order taking.
  • Exhibiting excellent phone etiquette when answering calls.
  • Memorizing beverage recipes and menu components.
  • Adhering to food safety standards across all restaurant operations.
  • Assisting with additional Front-of-House tasks as directed by the shift supervisor.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Applicants should be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
