Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date accounts payable aging and respond to supplier statements.
  • Support the accounts receivable team in collections and reconcile discrepancies in payments.
  • Accurately apply credits and debits to both accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Assist in processing payable invoices.
  • Help in retrieving daily payable invoices.
  • Effectively communicate with suppliers or distributors to obtain or verify necessary information.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.
  • Ability to compare electronic records with hard copies and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in accounts payable/receivable or administrative roles.
  • Proven ability to meet objectives independently and in a team setting.
  • Resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive environment.
  • Effective communication skills via phone and email.
