Assistant Manager Job Description

At Border Foods, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving restaurant success by leading a team of talented individuals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and labor control.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • ServeSafe certification and a valid driver's license.
