Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Executive Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, including customer service, people management, business development, and financial and clinical operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supports achievement of established occupancy goals for assigned campus/cluster to reach full occupancy.
  • Lead the organization and implementation of campus programs and activities while evaluating performance.
  • Assist department leaders in the execution of performance evaluations for their team members. Ensure all policies and procedures are being met by department leaders while promoting cross-functional teamwork.
  • Serve as the campus representative with outside agencies including governmental agencies and third-party payers.
  • Inspect the campus on a routine basis to guarantee policies/procedures are followed and Trilogy Service Standards are met.
  • Participate in campus surveys/inspections made by authorized governmental agencies. Develop plans for correction based on notes during the inspection and provide copies to the Home Office and government agency.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain qualified personnel to achieve campus programs and services.
  • Prepare the annual operating budget for the campus, monitor the performance of the facility in relation to budget, and intervene as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Active LNHA in state of operation preferred.
  • Concepts, principles, and practices of sales, promotions, and marketing.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in outside Sales and/or marketing, in a healthcare or senior living industry.
  • Prior experience in Long Term Care industry.
  • Experience in Long Term Care Sales/Marketing.
  • Compassion and a positive, outgoing personality.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, team building, and leadership skills.
