Job Title: Vice President of Operations

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing warehouse distribution operations across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with Regional Directors to ensure the development and implementation of efficient and cost-effective operational systems that align with the organization's strategic goals and adapt to its future needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement strategic direction for warehouse operations division
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals
  • Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes
  • Ensure departmental decisions and project plans align with the organization's business plan and vision
  • Establish and communicate operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field
  • At least ten (10) years of industry-related experience, including three years in upper management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices
