Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is a leading provider of environmental services and support solutions for the healthcare industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager in Training to join our team.
Job SummaryThe District Manager in Training will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple accounts in the Southeast Raleigh, NC area. This role will involve managing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations, as well as providing leadership and support to staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and federal/state requirements.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff to ensure they meet Environmental Services quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
- Conduct weekly building tours with Account Managers to assess work quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment records.
- Communicate effectively with building Account Managers, Administrators, and HCSG staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety precautions and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred.
- Two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision desired.
- Ability to complete regulatory compliance courses (sanitation and safety) and identify issues and implement necessary changes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of growing accounts.
- Must submit to a Motor Vehicle Check and maintain a valid driver's license.
