Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Payment Analyst to join our team at J&J Family of Companies. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payment processes, calculations, and clinical trial payments

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry/clinical research
  • Working knowledge of clinical payment processing and systems with at least 4 years of payment experience
  • Familiarity with local systems, including mCTMS, RAVE, iCertis, and A/P systems
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Demonstrate innovative spirit and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FCPA, Safe Harbor, etc.)
  • Previous experience working in virtual teams
Benefits
  • Anticipated base pay range: $119,000 to $191,820 (San Francisco Bay Area, CA) or $104,000 to $166,750 (other U.S. locations)
