Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payment processes, calculations, and clinical trial payments
  • Act as liaison among colleagues within CCS and study teams to resolve complex issues
  • Analyze study-specific documents, PO calculators, CTAs, and other required study information
  • Partner with SCMs, LTMs, and SMs to ensure a collaborative environment
  • Answer queries and resolve issues with sites and study teams
  • Rectify failed payments for purchase requisitions
  • Provide exceptional customer focus and drive solutions
  • Train new CCS team members on specific processes and technology
  • Demonstrate leadership through team guidance
  • Manage performance and development of team members in a global virtual environment

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry/clinical research
  • Working knowledge of clinical payment processing and systems with at least 4 years of payment experience
  • Familiarity with local systems, including mCTMS, RAVE, iCertis, and A/P systems
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Demonstrate innovative spirit and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FCPA, Safe Harbor, etc.)
  • Previous experience working in virtual teams
Benefits
  • Anticipated base pay range: $119,000 to $191,820 (San Francisco Bay Area, CA) or $104,000 to $166,750 (other U.S. locations)
  • Annual performance bonus and various employee benefit programs
  • Time Off Benefits: up to 120 hours vacation, 40 hours sick time, 13 days holiday pay, and 40 hours work/personal/family time
