Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct various financial analyses monthly, including Stock-Based Compensation, Earnings per Share calculations, and intangible asset rollforward, while presenting findings to management.
  • Forecasting: Develop quarterly forecasts for stock-based compensation to assist the Corporate FP&A Group in budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Cost Reconciliation: Execute the reconciliation of the Company's Cost of Goods from Hyperion to Cognos to support forecasting and budgeting.
  • Compliance Preparation: Prepare consolidated ASC842 lead schedules for both Lessor and Lessee, ensuring compliance with the latest US GAAP standards.
  • Documentation: Draft memos with comprehensive supporting documentation and analysis for specific technical accounting matters.
  • Policy Updates: Revise and update Aztec Finance Policies and procedures to align with current US GAAP requirements.
  • Financial Disclosures: Prepare quarterly financial statement disclosure supporting schedules for both internal and external reporting.
  • Collaboration: Regularly interact with local finance teams to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • SEC Reporting: Assist in preparing financial disclosure requirements for SEC reports.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary explanations and support during financial audits.
  • SOX Compliance: Aid in ensuring compliance with SOX regulations over external financial reporting processes.
  • Special Projects: Support the Controller of Financial Reporting and Group Controller with various special projects and analyses as needed.
