Retail Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and promote company products and services.
- Maintain a positive attitude, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing situations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a safe and secure work environment, and comply with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
