Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zero Waste Program Supervisor to join our team at Conservation Corps North Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about environmental conservation and has experience in supervising youth programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising crews, developing projects, and implementing zero waste operations in Marin County.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct corpsmembers in the implementation of zero waste operations
  • Develop and coordinate daily work schedules and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Represent program at public forums and events
  • Train corpsmembers on recycling and zero waste operations

Requirements:

  • California Driver's License and DMV record with one point or less
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
  • Flexibility to limit vacation time during busy period (May 1st - October 31st)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $24.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 403(b) retirement, holiday, and paid time off.
