">Job Summary:
">We seek an experienced Senior Financial Director to oversee our financial operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, grant requirements, and sound fiscal management practices. This critical role will drive the organization's financial health and sustainability, collaborating closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team.

- Financial Management: Develop and implement effective financial strategies, oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and audit processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.">
- Leadership and Supervision: Directly manage the Controller and Director of Patient Accounts, overseeing the Accounting and Billing departments, including Patient Revenue Cycle, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing.">
- Grant Management: Ensure submission of accurate reports and deposits required by law, monitor monthly billings to grantor sources, and maintain compliance with FQHC regulations.">
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, providing guidance, supervision, and evaluation of finance department staff.">
Requirements:

- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, master's degree and CPA credential preferred. Minimum 5-10 years' experience in management accounting and financial management, with a background in healthcare and/or non-profit environments.">
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong financial acumen, expertise in financial modeling and analysis, knowledge of FQHC regulations and compliance requirements, demonstrated team leadership skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.">
- Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Typical office-based setting, occasional travel to clinics, and extended hours during budget cycles, audits, and other deadlines.">
Salary and Benefits:
">The estimated salary range for this position is $240,000 - $320,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
