Route Sales Development Representative

The Route Sales Development Representative at Alsco plays a crucial role in meeting our customers' needs through exceptional customer service and proactive route management. This position involves up-selling/cross-selling and providing superior customer service to ensure a profitable product mix.
This role requires the ability to solicit new customers, participate in promotions and contests, and follow company policies and procedures regarding installation of new customers, managing customer needs, and all aspects of service. Performance goals must be met on a regular basis.
We are seeking an experienced driver with excellent skills in customer service and route sales. The successful candidate will have a valid drivers license, CDL when applicable, and a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or safety violations.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
