Restaurant General Manager

Bob Evans Restaurants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other controllable expenses to achieve profitability targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing labor costs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or culinary schooling preferred.
