Job Title: Chain Account Manager - Retail

The Chain Account Manager for Fever-Tree USA Inc. serves as the primary liaison to retail partners utilizing UNFI and KeHe distribution channels. This role is pivotal in driving positive growth in volume, revenue, and market share. The individual will oversee a curated list of retail chains primarily located on the West Coast, ensuring the implementation of cohesive promotional strategies, new product introductions, and layout recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales volume and revenue within designated accounts through data-driven selling techniques.
  • Design, present, and communicate tailored programming strategies, product assortments, and customer-specific initiatives that align with the annual business objectives.
  • Support the management of advertising and promotional budgets, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and customer expectations.
  • Utilize analytical tools to assess customer data and market trends, identifying opportunities for business expansion.
  • Foster robust relationships with retail partners.
  • Oversee the performance of the Green Spoon team, including account managers and merchandising personnel.
  • Collaborate with the strategic team on category management initiatives.
  • Account responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Berkeley Bowl, Bristol Farms, Cub Grocery, Goody Goody, Spartan Nash, Lazy Acres, New Leaf, ION Group, Rosauers, Natural Grocers, Vitamins Plus, and Metropolitan Market.
  • Experience with UNFI and KeHe is essential.
  • Prior experience managing broker relationships is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within a consumer-packaged goods or beverage company, with at least 3 years of direct selling experience to Retail Key Accounts.
Skills:
  • Outstanding leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment and commitment.
Communication:
  • Ability to convey information clearly and promptly.
  • Proficient in independent problem-solving.
Planning and Organization:
  • Capable of managing multiple major projects concurrently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both in crafting compelling narratives and delivering them to various stakeholders.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with RFP and Category Review processes.
Travel Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as business needs dictate.
