We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Measurement and Analytics to join our team at Initiative. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing research strategies and ad effectiveness measurement across client campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement research strategies and ad effectiveness measurement across client campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and implement measurement approaches
  • Lead reporting of performance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Design and manage quantitative research studies on topics including brand lift, consumer behavior, and ad tracking
  • Present measurement and findings to internal stakeholders and senior clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in brand, advertising, and media research
  • Experience with brand lift surveying, cross-media measurement solutions, and data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, and Alteryx
  • Strong understanding of the data and ad tech ecosystem, with a focus on digital environments
  • Demonstrated success in helping clients take concrete action based on analytics and data
