Key Qualifications:

  • BBA in Accounting
  • Minimum of 1 year of Public Accounting Tax Experience
  • Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam; CPA or passed parts is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities
  • Proficient in Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to clients on both long-term and short-term financial and tax strategies
  • Manage tax matters for S-Corp, C-Corp, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations
  • Assist with client accounting needs, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Collaborate with leadership to support client objectives
  • Engage in the semi-annual and annual review of client projections versus actual performance
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries for information and consultation
  • Analyze tax implications of buy/sell transactions in support of client business
