Position Summary
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting residents, guests, and vendors within our community.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and provide assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and their families.
- Manage incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Monitor safety systems including surveillance cameras and alarms to ensure the security of residents and property.
- Document reports related to work orders, incidents, and concerns.
- Handle the receipt and delivery of packages, plants, and medications as requested.
- Maintain a log for community key issuance and gate passes.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Customer Service Commitment
Ensure timely responses to resident, family, and employee inquiries, striving for high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications
- A minimum of three months of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, is required.
- We seek individuals who are compassionate, professional, and engaging.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor towards residents and colleagues.
