Sales Consultant

Position Overview

StretchLab is on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven Sales Consultant who is passionate about fitness and community engagement. Our new studios are designed to provide exceptional stretching services, and we need individuals who resonate with our mission.

Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab leads the industry in personalized and group stretching experiences. With a team of certified professionals from various health-related fields, we empower our clients to enhance their flexibility and overall well-being. Our proprietary Flexologist TM training guarantees that clients receive top-notch stretching sessions. StretchLab has over 100 locations nationwide and is continuously expanding.

As a part of the StretchLab family, you will play a crucial role in transforming lives through the art of stretching. We focus on improving health, flexibility, and mobility while fostering a supportive environment through effective communication and integrity.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in driving new membership sales by attracting prospective clients to the studio.
  • Assist in retaining existing members and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients and prospects, providing them with a warm welcome and an exceptional experience.
  • Conduct facility tours, understanding and addressing individual client needs.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to promote our services.
  • Manage client interactions through our booking software and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the studio environment is clean, welcoming, and adheres to health standards.
Qualifications:
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Part-time position typically ranging from 25 to 35 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
