Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a critical member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work, including front desk operations during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: You will be responsible for registering guests, making reservations, and preparing daily reports.
  • Financial Management: You will be responsible for balancing transactions, conducting security walks, and maintaining the accuracy of our financial records.
  • Customer Service: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: You will work closely with other members of our hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Accounting Principles, proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
