Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous banking or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Deposit and loan product knowledge, with the ability to operate technology as required.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
  • Microsoft product proficiency and the ability to use core banking systems.
