**Job Title:** Aerospace Engineering Specialist
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineering Specialist to join our team at Carson Helicopters. As an Aerospace Engineering Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting flight test and ground test activities for critical aerospace components.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate with test engineers in the design and implementation of instrumentation supporting ground test & flight test activities.
- Write reports under the general supervision of test engineers.
- Support flight test activities as necessary up to and including on-aircraft data collection.
- CAD modeling as necessary to support flight test / ground test activities.
- Develop and execute procedures for activities such as material qualification and equipment calibration.
**Requirements:**
- Associates degree in Engineering Technology or similar.
- Solidworks or equivalent experience.
- Able to work well in an integrated collaborative team environment including daily interactions with technicians, engineers, and managers.
- Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with a wide range of people.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- A positive, upbeat attitude.
