We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring top talent for executive, administrative, and clinical positions throughout the Bay Area Hospital.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for various positions
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (may substitute 7 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree)
  • Five (5) years recruitment experience
  • Healthcare Physician Recruitment experience
  • SHRM, HRCI, or other HR Certification (preferred)
