Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at ThreePDS Inc. is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for various positions throughout the organization. This role requires considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of clerical and specialized functions, and a basic understanding of our organizational structure and personnel policy and procedure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and screening applicants
• Conducting interviews and testing
• Referring qualified candidates
• Maintaining knowledge of organizational structure and personnel policy
Requirements:
• One year recruitment experience
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
• SHRM, HRCI, or other HR certification preferred
• Associates Degree preferred
About the Facility:
ThreePDS Inc. offers comprehensive medical services for people of all ages. Our health and wellness services include pediatrics, childbirth and obstetrics, gynecology and female health, cancer diagnosis and treatment in oncology, diabetes and kidney disease treatment, geriatric medicine, and emergency medicine. We have an in-house Nurse Practitioner in our Employee Health Department that sees only employees and their dependents.
