AmeriPro Roofing is a leading residential roofing contractor with a strong presence in the Chicago land area. We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to educate and inform homeowners on their entitlements through storm damage related to roofing, siding, and gutter projects. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities, managing your territory, and building relationships with homeowners.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads.
  • Manage and maximize your assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed with homeowners.
  • Review Scope of Work and sign contracts with homeowners.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property to ensure accurate assessments.
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking.
  • Build relationships with homeowners by earning their trust and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
  • Methodically manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Maintain regular communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience (preferred but not required).
  • A reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred for vehicle allowance).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
  • Industry knowledge (a plus but not required).
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform is required.
  • Experience following a documented consultative sales system (preferred).
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
  • Dedication to personal career development and reaching set goals.
  • A valid driver's license (any state applicable).
  • 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes).
Compensation and Benefits
  • Performance-based pay (based on activities).
  • Commission on approved sales.
  • $62,400 - $266,000 per year (expected yearly earnings).
