Position Overview

As the Executive Director of Global Compliance Monitoring and Remediation, you will be instrumental in ensuring proactive oversight and effective risk management on a global scale. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a global team dedicated to monitoring healthcare compliance, enterprise risk, and third-party risk management.
  • Implementing advanced predictive monitoring techniques to identify potential regulatory risks.
  • Analyzing data trends to provide insights that inform proactive decision-making.
  • Developing a robust early warning system to detect compliance risks.
  • Collaborating with IT to enhance the efficiency of the monitoring systems.
  • Coordinating with market leads on monitoring and testing activities.
  • Providing feedback on compliance monitoring plans.
  • Designing and disseminating compliance templates and guidance.
  • Ensuring consistency in monitoring approaches across the organization.
  • Overseeing the analysis and reporting of monitoring results.
  • Supporting resource management in collaboration with leadership.
  • Documenting and tracking findings and remediation efforts.
  • Working across functions to address root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Fostering collaboration to integrate compliance into business processes.
  • Enhancing regulatory compliance awareness through effective communication.
  • Managing and developing a diverse team with complementary skills.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience (15+ years) in healthcare compliance monitoring and remediation, as well as enterprise risk management.
  • A deep understanding of risk monitoring principles and methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing processes for global compliance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading global teams and initiatives.
