We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the auditing and evaluation processes of reinsurance entities to ensure adherence to financial and reporting standards. In this position, you will cultivate analytical expertise and business insight essential for conducting thorough audits and identifying discrepancies.

  • Analyze and assess contracts, underwriting, claims, and financial data in preparation for reviews of reinsurance entities.
  • Engage in evaluations at reinsurance companies and/or Managing General Agent (MGA) offices, whether in-person or through remote methods.
  • Assess the precision and thoroughness of reports submitted by reinsurance entities.
  • Detect the origins and implications of discrepancies, and offer suggestions for remedial measures.
  • Draft comprehensive written reports detailing the outcomes of the reviews conducted.
  • Support the follow-up procedures for remedial actions arising from the reviews.
  • Participate in special initiatives under the supervision of the Account Services Management team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • A bachelor's degree, ideally in accounting or finance.
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Competence in utilizing software tools such as Access, Excel, or equivalent applications.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • This role may involve 25-30% travel and could require occasional irregular hours.
