Role Overview
As the Executive Director of Global Compliance Monitoring and Remediation, you will be instrumental in ensuring proactive oversight and effective risk management on a global scale. Your role will involve:

  • Leading a global team focused on healthcare compliance monitoring, enterprise risk, and third-party risk management.
  • Implementing advanced predictive monitoring strategies to identify potential regulatory risks.
  • Analyzing data trends to provide actionable insights for proactive decision-making.
  • Developing a robust early warning system to flag compliance risks.
  • Collaborating with IT to enhance monitoring system efficiency.
  • Coordinating with market leads on compliance monitoring activities.

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive expertise in healthcare compliance monitoring and remediation, typically acquired through 15+ years in relevant roles.
  • A deep understanding of risk monitoring principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and optimizing processes for global compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
