About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
