Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Bally's Dover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Player Club Management: Manage the enrollment process for our Players Club, ensuring accurate and timely processing of new members.
  • Event and Promotion Communication: Effectively communicate event and promotion information to our guests, ensuring they are aware of available offers and opportunities.
  • Redemption and Rewards: Redeem comp dollars for merchandise and complete all duties associated with redemptions, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide efficient, friendly, courteous, and timely customer service to all guests, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and marketing information, ensuring data entry standards are followed.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available for guest promotional materials.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and health standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience required.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed, and successfully pass a background check and receive a license from the DE Lottery.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced casino environment, with frequent interactions with guests and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
