Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough roof inspections.
- Evaluate project blueprints and specifications to generate accurate estimates.
- Create comprehensive estimates for commercial roofing assignments.
- Investigate materials, labor, and perform cost analysis.
- Keep detailed records of bids, suppliers, and project expenditures.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Analyze the potential profitability of projects based on provided estimates.
- Review projects to ensure compliance with industry standards regarding materials and processes.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
