About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Digital Account Coordinator to join our team at Whiteboard Marketing. As a Digital Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Account Services team to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Support existing Account Managers in their efforts to retain clients
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and as secondary point of contact for the agency to the client
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Work with Account Manager to suggest/promote company services that maximize client satisfaction
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase client ROI and company growth
  • Analyze digital campaign needs and their success
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and share amongst Account Managers and agency cross-functional teams
  • Manage, retain and grow House Accounts
  • Serve as primary contact with vendors for internal marketing materials and for clients
  • Assist with the organization and preparation of dentist outreach events
  • Assist with special projects as needed for account service and/or leadership team
