Job Title: Branch Order Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Order Coordinator to join our team at the Gordon Flesch Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing orders submitted by Account Executives, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and customer information.
  • Process orders through our proprietary software, eAutomate, and ensure seamless integration with our inventory management system.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide training and support to new hires and existing staff on order processing procedures and eAutomate software.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of order status, inventory levels, and customer communication.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems, including eAutomate.
  • Availability to work overtime with little or no advance notice.
