Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to direct and manage construction teams, delegate tasks, and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and safety regulations.
  • Travel to SoCal locations as needed.
  • Direct and oversee construction activities from conception to completion.
  • Lead and manage construction teams, delegating tasks and resolving issues.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers for effective coordination.
  • Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Maintain and submit all required documentation and reports.
  • Problem-solve and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, ensuring resources and manpower are available and allocated appropriately.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and adjusting schedules as necessary.
  • Liaise with contractors, managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring open communication across the construction project.
  • Comply with all local legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations in California.
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Resolve on-site issues and emergencies promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project.
