Holistic Treatment Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Recovery Coach to join our team at Perception Programs Inc. As a Recovery Coach, you will provide direct care and support to clients, facilitating therapy groups, educational groups, and performing assigned case management activities.
You will work closely with licensed clinicians and members of the multiddisciplinary team to identify client needs, develop recovery plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
Your expertise in chemical dependency treatment, self-help support groups, and community resources will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities- Facilitate communication with healthcare providers and clinical staff on new referrals, inductions, and discharges.
- Drive, canvass, and perform case management duties for adults participating in our medication-assisted treatment & statewide opioid response programs.
- Work with licensed clinicians and members of the multidisciplinary team to develop recovery plans and implement interventions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to agency, grant, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
