About the Role

This full-time contract position will provide speech therapy services to K-12 students in a school-based setting. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to create and implement individualized treatment plans, leveraging your expertise to drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to optimize results
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Licensed as an SLP in Connecticut, with ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in a school setting, preferably with K-12 populations

Location and Schedule

This role is based in Windham, CT, with a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 7am to 2:30pm (35 hours/week). The caseload will be determined by the school's needs, but we estimate a workload of approximately [X] students.
